Overview:
Pulverized coal boiler use pulverized coal as fuel. The coal powder will be fed into fire chamber with air, and burning in suspended state. Except the very poor quality coal, most of other coal could be burned completely in this boiler, combustion efficiency could achieve to 88~93%. Most of large coal fired boiler for power plant adopts this kind combustion mode, it also suit for big capacity (≥35t/h) industrial used boiler.
1.Friendly working environment: whole system is closed running, automatic coaling, centralized ash discharge, without dust spilling
2.Easy to start and shut down: boiler could be started and shut down quickly. It needs only 30 seconds to achieve normal running condition, and then cut off the incendiary source. If need to shut down the boiler, just stop feeding the pulverized coal.
3.High monitoring level: monitor and adjust working data automatically to make whole system in best running condition. Mean while, reduce the running risk by human factor.
4.High efficiency and saving energy: pulverized coal could be combusted completely. Boiler has great heating exchange effect, small air excess coefficient and higher heating efficiency. For big power equipments’ frequency converter, the energy saving effect is much clearer.
5.Clean emission: boiler could process desulphurization in furnace. Burner use low temperature air grade design, burning temperature field is uniform to avoid parts temperature is high, which make the content of SO2 and NOx is lower in the process. Reduce dust concentration of the exhaust by bag filter. The collected ash will be discharged from a closed system, no secondary pollution.
6.Optimal land utilization: no need storage yard for coal and ash. Saving land and investment.
Construction:
Pulverized coal boiler is made up by fire chamber, burner and ignite device, etc. Coal powder is fed to fire chamber by primary fan, air will be fed by secondary fan. After be preheated, dried, volatile de-volatilization, it will be ignited close to burner’s outlet and burning. Some of the bigger ash will fall in to the ash bucket, most small ash will be taken by flue gas. This kind boiler must assemble high efficiency dust collector.
