According to times developing, rubber product is widely used in different lines. In other side, more and more waste rubber are generating every day, especially for waste tire. It’s difficult to be natural degraded, now it becomes to a huge pollution problem in the world. Before people use a very old and poor method to process tire to get oil, but it gave much more troubles rather than the benefit, more pollution problems came out.
Thanks to our professional engineer team, we developed a fully continuous plant. It achieves real continuous working, feed tire and output oil at same time, 24x7 working and no need to stop. It saves a lot of energy during the process. Fully closed discharging system avoids the injury to operators. Also, our special equipments make the emission is friendly for environment.

2.Intelligent control system: PLC control system, humanized control interface, automatic control, save labor cost.
3.Safety: multiple safety devices to keep whole system working well. Control system has emergency shutdown program to keep people and plant’s safe.
4.Clean working environment: whole system is closed running, not carbon char flying problem, good for operating worker and workshop.
5.Stable temperature control: Use oil/gas burning system which is easy to control the heating temperature and keep the pyrolysis effect in best condition.
6.Energy saving: use tire oil/natural gas burning system at pre-heating stage (24hrs), after stable running, it will only use syngas from reactor to heat whole system, which will save lots of energy. Also, all waste heat will be reused in our system to reduce energy loss.
7.Environment friendly: syngas will be purified before burning, which reduce most of pollution content, then use exhaust gas purification system to control the emission achieve to National Emission Requirement.
8.Quality control: follows industrial boiler fabricate requirements, all technical workers have qualify certificate, all welding part will process X-ray test and keep the record.
9.Technical support: system is designed and upgraded by our professional engineer team, which includes thermal engineer, mechanical engineer and chemical engineer.
