Overview:
Coal water slurry boiler uses coal water slurry as fuel. Coal water slurry is a kind of liquid which is mixed by 70% coal powder, 30% water and a little chemical. It can be pumped, atomized and stored like oil, and also be burned in boiler and furnace. It changes the traditional combustion mode of coal, showing a huge energy-saving advantage of environmental protection. The coal slurry becomes to the most basic and cleaning energy to replace oil and gas.
1.Use clean fuel which made by high quality coal, solve pollution problem from the energy source.
2.Running cost is much lower than oil fired boiler.
3.Environmental protection and energy saving. Sulfur content and dust content of exhaust gas are much better than standard.
4.Complete burning rate could achieve to 98% or higher. Heating efficiency is higher than 85%.
5.Coal water mixture could be transported and stored in liquid condition, automatic ignite, easy to do automatic control and operate. It’s a perfect substitute product to instead of oil fire boiler.
Construction:
The fuel enters the furnace through coal feeder, mixes and combustions with air sent by isobaric wind box. The exhaust gas goes into the cyclone separator that is formed by three membrane water cooling wall. Cooling of the membrane water wall not only guarantee stable operation of separator, but also allow re-combustion of the fuel, thus improving combustion efficiency.
